Proof it's a real human (not AI)

The thing we sell is human judgment — so we make the process visible, not just the result. Every test comes back as a screen recording with a live spoken walkthrough, captured through our own recorder, so you watch the actual run. We don't accept a pre-made file uploaded from elsewhere. (Full anti-fraud design is in our trust & safety spec.)

If you're not happy — how a dispute works

A rejection isn't an automatic refund (that would let anyone dodge paying), and it isn't an automatic loss for the tester either. It's adjudicated against the recording:

  1. You flag the result within the dispute window.
  2. We review against the recording. Tester did the job as briefed (full run, real recording) → they're paid, even if the verdict wasn't what you hoped — you bought a human's time and judgment, not a guaranteed answer.
  3. Tester didn't do it (no recording, faked, rushed, wrong scope) → you're refunded from escrow.
  4. Abuse is caught both ways: buyers who reject everything get flagged; testers with upheld complaints drop in rank or get removed.

Access can't be made to work?

If the tester genuinely can't get into your app (bad TestFlight invite, broken login), you're only charged a small "couldn't-get-in" fee — never the full test — and the tester is paid a few minutes for the attempt. Giving access is the one thing on your side; we make it a guided step so it rarely fails twice.
